Developed by HMR Projects (now Double R Group), Sage Landing is a boutique residential development within walking distance of Buderim Village. Project Urban provided town planning and landscaping services for Sage Landing.
The subdivision’s first stage consisted of 14 homes. Project Urban town planning division managed the development approval and operational works. We also provided landscape architectural services. Sage Landing offered Project Urban a rare opportunity to design landscaping for both the subdivision and individual homes. The result is a cohesive landscape character that enhances the entire development. The subdivision was completed 3 years ago.
