The $200 million Cove development by Henzell Property Group is one of the largest private developments on the Sunshine Coast. Project Urban provided town planning services for the mixed-use project.
The development includes 226 residential apartments and terrace homes and over 600m2 of commercial floor space.
The recently completed Cove Corisa is the first stage of the development. We congratulate Henzell Property Group on this achievement.
