Developed by RCQ, BIANCO has been recognised as the 2026 Master Builders Sunshine Coast Project of the Year, as well as taking out the Residential Building – High-Rise $20 million to $50 million category.
Located in the heart of Caloundra, BIANCO delivers 27 premium residences across eight levels, complemented by ground-floor businesses including Bunker Espresso and Bianco Italian Restaurant & Bar. The development has introduced new residential living and street-level activity to the centre of Caloundra.
