Food and beverage services across the country are in a growth phase and demand for our liquor licensing services has never been greater. Due to customer demand, we’ve extended our service beyond Queensland, and we are now assisting clients in New South Wales, Northern Territory and Canberra.
Over the past 12 months, enquiries for liquor licences have significantly increased. It’s safe to say that we’ve received our share of ‘curly’ licensing requests, keeping our team on their toes as we explore the options and provide the solutions. We’ve fielded questions about everything from micro-breweries to rooftop restaurants, travelling rodeo vans and topless bars.
Liquor licensing affects every venue that plans to offer alcohol – and every situation has its own very specific requirements. For example, did you know a small bar licence is limited to only 60 patrons, and there is no need to serve food? Another little known fact is the “provisional licence” (if you are the owner of a new venue and waiting for a suitable tenant). Once the perfect operator has been found, then it’s a relatively straightforward ‘transfer’ application, rather than the wait and cost associated with a new licence application.
We do all sorts of liquor licences, such as transfers, nightclubs, bars, restaurants, residential (motels, caravan parks, resorts), sporting clubs (golf courses, indoor sports) and other licences, including festivals and street markets.
