About Andrew…
Andrew is a Registered Cadastral Surveyor with over 30 years private practice experience in the survey, titling, land development and construction industries in South East Queensland and transport, infrastructure, mining and development industries in Papua New Guinea.
He has extensive experience in managing survey, tenure, subdivision, and titling strategy solutions for complex mixed use, volumetric and community title developments within urban renewal precincts, and for large scale Greenfield Residential and Industrial Subdivisions.
Andrew works collaboratively within multi-discipline project teams on a daily basis, including Clients, Solicitors, Architects, Body Corporate Managers, Engineers, Site Builders and Contractors, Landscape Architects, Town Planners and Service Designers and Contractors.
Andrew’s role includes the regular interaction with Councils, Water & Sewer Authorities, Department of Resources and Energex. This includes Reviews of Planning Approvals, Plan Sealing Applications and Approvals, facilitating the assessment and execution of legal documents and obtaining Registration of Survey Plans and associated Legal Documents.
