Carl is a Registered Landscape Architect with over 25 years experience, primarily in private practice where he has provided design expertise, strategy input and project management on some of South East Queensland’s most prestigious developments. Carl specialises in leading projects from conception design and approval, through to tendering, construction administration and supervision. He is a skilled project manager with excellent communication, programming, budgeting and forecasting skills. Carl is also an exceptional business manager with strong leadership skills, creating professional, outcome driven solutions with outstanding attention to detail. - Durham Place: Boutique rural residential lots with street trees, rustic fencing, agricultural buffer and rehabilitation to creek corridor. Landscape design and supervision of ecological contractors. Manage Council on-maintenance process
- Sage Landing: Townhouse project with landscape design of streetscapes, drainage reserve, walkways and private landscape areas. Construction administration of public assets including boardwalk and interpretive signage
- Walter Iezzi Developments: Elysee, Pinnacle, Saffire, Azzure, Opal, Topaz and Oceanus – Including landscape design and certification for high end apartment buildings.
