Dear Paul, Please accept my congratulations on your involvement in bringing the USC Stadium Expansion Project to completion. The launch event and first game of the season on Saturday 25 May was a resounding success due to the tireless efforts of everyone involved… The expansion of the Stadium to a 3000 seat capacity and improvement of the facilities has created and enhanced the experience for our community of users including high performance athletes, students and visitors. The list of people involved is expansive and I want to thank each and every one of you personally for your tireless efforts from design to construction to ensure practical completion was achieved prior to the first scheduled event.

In endeavouring to have a pontoon on the river which suited my large vessel, Trish’s background in understanding the legislation along the lengthy approval pathway and negotiating with the various government departments was vital to a successful outcome.  Trish kept me up to date with correspondence from the various entities along the way and ensured I had an understanding of the restrictions that had to be complied with. With a positive outlook and friendly disposition, Trish was happy to answer all of my questions and I would have no hesitation in recommending her efficient consultancy services to any other prospective pontoon owner.

“On behalf of the Kawana Indoor Sports business owners and myself, we are forever grateful for the tremendous work by the Project Urban team in helping us cross the line with the Council approval for our sports centre liquor licence.  I have an idea of how hard it was, and in diving terms I rate it a 9 out of 10 for “degree of difficulty”.

“We have worked with the team at Project Urban for more than three years. They assisted us in the DA for our sports centre iPlay Sports Maroochydore and later, for a liquor licence.  We highly recommend working with them as they are very helpful and an absolute joy to work with. They always going above and beyond to support and assist their clients.”

“I must say great thanks for the advice and help from all at Project Urban who made the difficult task of obtaining a liquor licence a far quicker and far more efficient process. You knew what was needed, when it was needed and who needed it! I am sure we would still be answering questions and putting documents together if we tried to do it ourselves. So thanks heaps!”

“As the development manager for Coles Queensland, I have worked with Project Urban on two iconic commercial projects. I enjoy working with the team and find them very reliable, capable and communicative about all options and possibilities relating to every step of the process. Thanks to their years of experience and in-depth knowledge, I have no hesitation in recommending them. I look forward to working with them on future stages of our projects.”
