Details: Located in Caboolture, SEQld this project is part of the Federal Government’s GP Superclinic Program and comprises comprised 3000m2 of medical centre and associated tenancy spaces. It consists of 24 GP suites, an after-hours clinic and associated allied health facilities as well as separate pharmacy, radiology, training and specialist suites. Our project management role commenced upon funding approval and included acting as our client’s buyers-advocate to secure additional land. Our client expressed a desire for a high quality design outcome, we were pivotal in bringing together a consulting team of leaders in their respective fields. The outcome is an outstanding and unique development focused on creating a relaxed and enjoyable patient experience within a practical and efficient service delivery environment.
