Details: Situated within the Caloundra CBD, this development saw the construction of a 2,000sqm Primary Care Centre which included a core GP Medical Centre supported by associated allied health tenancies as well as Pharmacy and Radiology tenancies. As a result of expedited timeframes, Project Urban Project Management developed a design and approvals strategy along with specialised procurement method which will saw the development completed in under 15 months from inception.
