Project: Landscape Design (concept & detailed design) and Contract Administration
Details: This boutique prestigious townhouse development includes 19 lots, streetscape and a fully landscaped drainage reserve. We prepared and delivered all the landscape concepts and detailed design documentation for all aspects of the project including the individual homes. Referencing the site’s history through preservation of existing signature trees and re-use of stone from the Buderim Tramway Corridor Cutting on site was an important part of setting the character and landscape style of the development.
