Details:Located in central Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast this project included the demolition of the existing Stella Maris Church to make way for a new fully integrated Centre of Catholic Care facility. This project includes a 124-bed aged care facility and church, supported by new a Wellness Centre that caters for over 50’s fitness, a café and function room that integrates a central courtyard. The project was delivered 1 month ahead of schedule and under budget.
