Details: Located in the new Maroochydore City Centre, the Sunshine Coast Council Hall is a leading edge, visionary commercial tower and central administration facility. This building consists of 9,400m2 of commercial, retail and civic spaces principally developed to house 600 administration staff along with council chambers. The presence in the Maroochydore City Centre plays a significant role in the development of a broader civic experience across the development and in particular with the adjacent public parkland. Completed in Nov 2022, SCCH has established a new benchmark in commercial developments not only across the Sunshine Coast, but throughout Queensland.
