Details: Located in Sippy Downs, Sunshine Coast this project is part of the Federal Government’s GP Superclinic Program and comprises a 2800m2 medical centre and tenancy spaces.It includes 18 GP suites, an after-hours clinic, and associated allied health facilities as well as separate pharmacy, radiology, dentistry and specialist suites. Our role included securing the land on behalf of our client. Completion and handover was two months ahead of schedule and substantially under budget.
