Details: The Cove at Pelican Waters is a new mixed use development which includes 226 residential apartments and terrace homes and over 600m2 of commercial floor space. The commercial space includes a restaurant with substantial areas of decking, and formal and informal dining areas overlooking a new waterfront park. Project Urban completed the Town Planning and Liquor Licensing for this mixed use development.
