Details: The redevelopment of the Wynnum Manly Leagues Club saw the creation of an extensive addition to the front of the facility which will included new café, gaming facilities, main entrance and drop off zone. The purpose of the new extension was to provide a more active and dynamic ‘front of house’ for the Club. In addition to the extension, the project also included extensive civil works incorporating a realignment of a creek running through the front of the site to alleviate existing flooding issues and delivered new and improved members parking facilities.
