Unitywater has accredited Project Urban (trading as ‘Water Connections’) to assess and approve water and sewerage applications in Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Noosa Council areas. These applications are for:

  • Certificates of Completion
  • Change of Use

Apply for your new building water & sewerage connection once you have lodged your application with Council or if you have an existing approval. This relates to Material Change of Use applications or Accepted Development (where no DA is required i.e. for some duplexes).

A Certificate of Completion is a common requirement for development approval and a normal requirement prior to the commencement of a new use, sealing a survey plan or registration of new titles.
