Details: Located in South Townsville, Qld this project comprises 42 x 3 bedroom apartments over 750m2 of commercial tenancies and fully contained carpark basement. Project Urban’s management role commenced after the original developer has commenced basement and some ground floor works. A key element to the success of the development was the establishment of an existing works survey which formed the backbone of an extensive tender package for completing the works. The project also included remodelling the building from 12 stories to 7 to ensure the project was viable.
